01HOW DO I BOOK?
Use our online booking system — choose your game, pick a time slot, fill in your info, verify your phone number, and receive your booking code instantly.
02CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Yes, but cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your slot. Please call us directly to cancel.
03DOES MY BOOKING FEE INCLUDE PARK ENTRANCE?
No. Park entrance is 30 EGP/person on regular days and 50 EGP/person on holidays and festivals. This is separate from your game reservation fee.
04WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS?
Up to 6 players per session in Lasertag and 10 players per session for Gel blasters
05WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. We provide all the tactical gear, safety equipment, and training needed for the mission.
06IS THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS ?
YES, Minimum age allowed for lasertag is 14 years old and for gel blasters is 6 years old (some gel blasters weapons have special age restrictions)
